co what are the major issues in this type of vehicle considering buying a 2003 Astro Van 90K miles, would like to know

a part that failed on my van that I don't think should have is the front sway bar. It is tubular but the ends are manfactured in a fashion that they are flat on the ends. They have a tendency to crack. You'll know when this happens because, when you turn tight corners, the front end will make creek and crunch sounds.
