Need more info. all of your heads lamps go out or just one? If one bulb keeps going out, did you replace bulb with bare hand or fingers, if so, don't, wear dry clean gloves to handle bulb. If the bulb is good, check voltage and ground, wiring circuit, when problem is ongoing.

I had the same problem for 6 months, found a solution today. Put in new low beam bulb and high beam bulb on passenger side along with a new wire harness and that seem to have solved my problem. Will be doing the same to the driver side to be on the safe side.
