no gauges working and won't start
Asked by Pamela Aug 28, 2016 at 09:45 AM about the 2008 Ford F-250 Super Duty
Question type: Maintenance & Repair
I have a 2008 ford f250 5.4l when you
turn the switch over it won't crank and I
have no dash gauges working. I can
turn a blinker on and it won't show on
the panel but works outside. I can jump
the starter from solenoid and it will
turn over. It will not do this by the
switch. I have checked fuses and
relays with no resolve. Any
suggestions or advice would be
appreciated

I'm having the same problem with my 89 f250 4x4 standard 5.8L EFI... I've already replaced fuses, silinoide, fuel pump and relays, fuel filter, the control module on distributor, under dash behind kick panel, spark plugs and wires, distributor, rotor, condenser . I just about rebuilt the dang truck. Did you figure out what was wrong with yours. I'm to the point of scrap it frustrated
