The engine revs up and the truck go's 10 MPH? If so your transmission is either low on fluid or shot. I hope that is not the case.
does it feel like the tranny is slipping? or the clutch? or does it feel like the engine is restricted? check your catalyst-
when in drive try to press gas and it will not move doesn't go over 10 miles per hour
