Mercedes c220 sport year 2008

When i start my car from cold
it starts on 3 cylinders and its
lumpy and i get a little smoke
from exhaust but it soon go
onto all 4 cylinders and it
seem to run fine and it quite
farst if you put yoyr foot
down
