While driving in Colorado, our 2008 Buick Enclave
experienced  loss of power steering, stiff braking
and loss of acceleration. Should I be concerned

Yes. You need to have the codes scanned if there are some stored. There may be an issue with one or more of your sensors effecting engine performance such as a MAF sensor, dirty throttle body, poor air flow (air filter) You may be in the need of a basic tune up such as some new plugs.
