2007 Chevy Silverado 1500 Classic Brakes are jumping when I turn

My 2007 Silverado has an issue with braking when I turn. They start to groan
and jump and don't always want to fully stop when I'm turning. Anyone else
with these issues or potential reasons as to why this happens?
