What do the letters LT, LS, SS and WT MEAN? HOW CAN i TELL WHICH MODEL i OWN?

I am researching suspension lift kits and am not sure what difference the trim type has to do with the suspension.

W/t is work truck, it is basic inside and out. Nothing fancy. I own one and it’s the best truck I’ve ever owned.
