2003 Impala no longer comes up with codes,

when you plug in code reader, its no longer coming up with codes???

My Actron will say 'no codes stored' or 'end of codes'

Check Engine Light. Yellow icon resembles a motor

it was, but not now, still will not start.

Does it come on when you turn key on, even when not running..it should...that shows it works. Codes or no codes. Otherwise bulb may be out. Or OBDII system fuse.
