I have a 2003 Impala.

Having getting hot issues..we replaced thermostat and water pump no change.
So we bled air out of coolant lines. Still no change. Not over heating. But
running hot. No heat

do the radiator fans come on when it gets hot ? do they work when the ac is on ?

scan for codes even if the light ain't on

Yes did that as well. Shows nothing it is running at the half way on the gauge. Which is still hotter then normal. I will never buy anything with a 3.4 again. My 1st and last !

replace the coolant temp sensor if you want , shouldn't be that much

I'm gonna start with new hose's. It is a 2003. Probably never been changed .. If that don't help I'll change sensor next. If that don't help... Its going too the junk yard lol. Thanks for your help!! I really appreciate it

new hoses huh ? what do you think that'll accomplish ? you cam e here for advice but you don;t want to take it

OK ! If the hoses collapse when hot ..they are soft. They tested my sensor it was good. I even had him put new sensor in too try it....that didn't help. But thank you for your help. I know it is something simple.. I have never let it get super hot !! Thanks for your suggestions and time
