2007 Ford Escape hybrid

I am have trouble with the car. When I am
drive and have to push on the gas pedal it is
acting like it is not getting the gas and then
when I stop at the red light the electric part
does not change over it stay in gas? I am not
sure what it can be. It has a new fuel filter

You need to have diagnostics done to figure out what system is having trouble.
