change the transmission fluid and clear the code and it should fix it.

No there is problems shifting

if it doesn't fix it you could have something going on that could lead to the transmission failing. when you change the transmission fluid replaced its always good to replace the filter inside the transmission. if it hasn't been changed from the factory, then its most likely starving itself of fluid

you may have a couple of blown fuses

the fuses are usually under the dash on the driver side. usually with a cover over them. i don't know exactly which one it is, you can pull out each one individually and check them for burn marks. if they are still good replace them in the same spot, otherwise you can end up messing up more than one fuse.
