My car shuts down randomly and the oil engine light goes off. No engine light. The horn goes on and off by itself. It all started after I drove on a bumping road.

My horn goes off randomly and the engine
just shut down ramdomly leaving me with
the oil engine light on. Before the car shut
down I feel a lost of power  when
accelerating.

What is the issues and where can I go to have it fixed? P.s. I did the oil change and still get the same engine oil light.

If no one has noticed when you reconnect the battery the horn beeps well more than likely you're having a problem with a short to the pounds positive or negative that would be my first approach
