I'd go with Carmax. They're pretty fair. The price will be just about what they'd pay at dealer auction. It will not reflect the average selling price to private buyers

the manual doesn't say anything about servicing the transmission -- but my repair man says it's good "protection"? He'll charge $170 for what he calls "service transaxle"
