Touch number cole while car was running n shut car off

My 2008 Nissan Altima 2.5 was running I was chicking
coles 4 bad one number 2 the clamp broke up when I pull
wire off cole I attempted 2 strighting end bck up but my
strew driver touch the wire n cause car 2 shut down now
my car want start n brakes r hard

The brakes would be hard since the engine is not running, no vacuum to the brake booster.
