trans cooler lines replaced now will not shift what do i do

on my 2003 chevy sil 1500 4.3     v-6, my back to trans cooler lines started
leaking and all the fluid ran out, i replaced those line now car will not shift gears
what do i do   please help, i repalced that transmisson 1yr ago
