I bought a new radio for my 2008 VW Jetta it worked but it had very bad reception plus I wanted a in dash GPS,I installed the new radio and the screen lit up and I was in the process of setting it up and checking out the functions,I took the key out of the on position and went to turn it back on and I had nothing and even reinstalled the factory radio and still had nothing I checked for voltage at the factory plug and no voltage.I checked all of the fuses under the hood and at the left side of the dash and all of the fuses were fine,Im I missing a fuse,inline etc.I ran a temporary ground wire and still nothing,no voltage at the plug any help will be appreciated I don't know what else to check.Thank You

I have no voltage at the plug that goes to the back of the radio,as bad that the factory radio was it still turned on but just had very bad reception.

You probably wired it wrong and keeps resetting breaker. Disconnect power (red) and ground (black) and recheck harness.
