Volkswagon plus Insurance

I have a specific insurance related question re my just purchased Volkswagon Plus policy for my 2008 Volkswagon Jetta.  It may not be the right policy for me but prior to considering cancelling it I would like to get some info from a live agent.  Can't answer "select trim" question below as I have no idea what any of the terms mean. Also have no idea what the "upload photo file" requires. I don't have a photo of the car right now & not relevant to my question.
