I cannot reset my 2008 Honda pilot key it has an
alarm and I cannot get into the car without it going
off, I replaced battery but it still doesn't work

Go to your dealership, they will help you, probably free of charge, especially if you purchased your battery from them..

Honda is running into trouble now with their image, it's all over the news, apparently they knew about the Takata air bag problem for years and I think that your 2008 Pilot is on the list.., I'm sure they want to do everything they can to make you and others happy, otherwise, you'll be bailing out for another brand..... I was a Honda Accord owner for 30 years between two cars, however, a lot changed after 2000...
