i would say 4 to 5 seconds, altho not sure.

going with over 280hp and 250 tq...id hafta say high 5s when u look @ its weight

well after a little bit of research, there are a couple very minor contributing factors for the tl, this seems to make the biggest difference 1) 3.2 l engine (base model) or 3.5 l engine (type s model) the 3.2 l will do 0-60 in the high 5's low 6's the 3.5 l will do 0-60 in the mid to high 5's

Wrong, wrong. Look it with Car&Driver or Motortrend. Our 02 S-Type would do 6.5 seconds to 60 and the quarter mile in 14.9 seconds. They've never been much quicker than that because they've added weight and 4 wheel drive. The newest (09) with all wheel drive only does 0-60 in 6.4 seconds.
