My 2008 Pontiac Torrent horn wont sound from time to time and alarm wont sound when I locked my doors with the remote, help please.?

the remote thing is just a preset thing you can read about it in you owners manual your horn have you checked the fuse

Have checked the fuse and it still won't work so what might the problem be? It is getting frustrating as I have to have it working to pass a state inspection.
