Any number of culprits. Leaky water pump, thermostat gasket, hose etc. Time to get under the hood and or under the car to inspect it.
The windshield washer fluid filler is located on the passenger side. Maybe the fluid reservoir has a leak. That would be less critical than coolant or A/C issues.
