Is the motor actually turning over or is the starter turning but not the motor, If so starter may not be engaging the flywheel and needs replaced but since it stopped running this should not be the issue or there is another reason why it stopped running or if it is engaging the flywheel and it is spinning the motor at a high rate then it may be the bottom end is spinning and the top end is not which is a timing chain or belt failure or a cam failure or even a crank failure. Or this could not be it at all but we need you to confirm what is happing and what is not.

Make sure you have power to starter, Battery & battery Terminals & terminal Wires. Test The starter.
OK so the fan turns and all the belts, when I try to start it I hear a noise like a small fan running and slowing down coming from the side where the starter is and altanator
