Grab a hold of your fan and try and wiggle it back and forth. Likely it will wiggle, your waterpump needs to be changed asap. If it's not that, look around, there are 2 hoses hooked to the radiator, check them, maybe coming from there too. There is a weep hole on the bottom of it that will leak water. For your battery, have your charging system checked if your battery is good.
