Question about a 2003 Chevy Trailblazer...

I started it up yesterday, and theres an annoying clicking sound coming from rear passenger side, inside the vehicle, traced the noise down too a small black motor looking thing, what is causing this noise? What can I do to fix it?

as soon as i open the hatch, its right there on the right. under some paneling theres a small motor behind the panel toward the bottom by the floor. thats where ive traced the noise to. dont know whats causing it or how to fix it. hopefully you know what it is?

it could be a load leveling suspension device. especially if its only during 5-10 sec in startup.
