Looking for information about a car I
recently inherited. But my vin search just
makes circles. Looking to know what I
might have or have not?? My vin from
bottom of windshield area is 242679B------
any help would muchly appreciated

It is a real GTO convertible made in Baltimore.

What information are you looking for exactly? To verify the model/trim or something else. What you would need is the complete vin#......

Bought my husband a 68 gto he says its the 242 in vin that says its a real gto.
