I have a 63 buick riviera brakes r hard new booster new wheel cly front I have brakes but it feels like the front brskes r getting more pressure is there a proportion vaule for this car

You need to bleed them. Have two people with or you'll get air in your lines. Pump your brakes while the vehicle is not running, open the bleeder and have the person push on the brakes until they hit the floor. Tighten the bleeder. Do over and over until you get consistent Brake Fluid flow. Good luck.
