My 4 L 60 e transmission stopped shifting all of a sudden with no warning

Drove to the gas station working fine left the gas
station no high gears

Check the tranny fluid level. After that you may need to take it to a tranny shop for diagnosis. A bad or dirty shift solenoid may keep it out of higher gears. Sometimes just cleaning them (and a fluid change and new filter) can fix the problem, but things can get expensive in a tranny shop.
