Check the blower motor resistor, it's located under the hood in the right rear corner near the fire wall.
I too agree with the other poster. However if that isn't the solution, I suggest checking the fuse with a fuse checker/test light. Even though the fuses are in tact and not broken they could be weak and not in proper working condition.
installed new blower motor and won t come on looked at the fuses they are all good and it has climate control what could the problem be.
