Question type: Maintenance & Repair
I have oil in my radiator but none on my oil dipstick. It has been pressure checked and they say their is a leak. I
dont see how it can have a leak with oil so clean. Should I get a second opinion or does this sound right?

might be worse than a gasket, could be cracked intake manifold or cracked block. any leaks or puddles? if it runs, is the exhaust an abnormal color?
Sorry that should say there is no water in the oil. but there is oil in the radiator.
Sure its not trans fluid ib radiator and just burning oil? Look at trans fluid what does it look like? If this is problem new radiator will fix the transfer flush engine cooling system and transmission change trans filter and hope water didnt trash tranny.
I have a 1999 Chevy Camaro and I also have oil in the radiator but no water in the oil. I've changed the radiator but that didn't last for long. I have to add water and oil. People have told me that it's the head gasket but when I tell them I've been driving it that way for 4yrs they say you can't drive on a head gasket. Did you find the problem to why there's oil in the water???
