Exceleratin on my 2002 chevy malibu

My Malibu starts up just fine but it lags really bad
wether going into reverse or drive until I reach 22nd
gear then I'm all good. We have experienced wind
chills of negative 25 below could I have cracked my
block?

No cause your car would over heat an it would run like lage all the time so you might have a little bit of water in your hands but I'm going to go with a injeter like do you email ant type of fumse
