what is the difference between a 64 devill, and a 64 fleetwood?

I do believe the deville is one step down from the fleetwood.

The models went like this: Calais -- lowest trim level DeVille -- mid-level trim, available in coupe or sedan Fleetwood -- Highest trim level, sedan-only. There were other sub-model trim designations but that's the basic.
