how do I replace the dash lights

If they are all out, it may be the fuse not the individual lamps. To change out the lamps, you will need to disassemble the dash cluster and locate each one. They are either in a socket that that is wired to the rear of the gauge or one that is mounted to the circuit board behind the face plate. Not sure since the car is 50 years old.
