You have to drain the cooling system, take the top of the shroud off, take the serpentine belt off, take the fan off, take anything else in the way off, then remove the water pump. Clean up gasket-ed surface, put new pump on with new gasket, bolt it up, put it all together, add coolant and burp the cooling system. Or you could watch this on You Tube.
