Chevy 1500 lost all gears going down highway

2002 Chevy 1500 was driving down highway and
lost all gears almost like everything went into
neutral. Fluid is good... lost 4wd a couple months
back.. any ideas? 130k miles

I believe your problem is the 3rd and 4th clutch pack in the transmission those tend to go out and you lose all gears forward or in reverse I had a 91 GMC 1500 and I lost the 3rd and 4th clutch pack but still have reverse so that could be your problem

I also should add that dumb me had it in park when towed back to my house for about 300 feet untill it started grinding real bad and I put it in neutral. Once home it would grind when revved up I’m neutral. I then put in gear and it worked for a few feet untill I put it back in park and now it won’t shift again
