Brake lights out

I check the fuses on brake lights but not the CC Do I have to check CC fuse
There would be a break relay, fuse, or bulbs to be checked. Last resort is the break light switch on the break pedal.
I put in new bulbs n nothing I'll check had light switch check at auto zone when I bought bulbs no work then guy went get a switch n nothing I look up on google that could be CC fuse Is that true
I don't know for sure, anything is possible, but do your hazard lights work? This would show that there is not a problem back at the sockets.
Could be multifunction/combination switch. Fancy name for blinker stalk on column. It controls almost everything accept 3rd brake light. If you lose brake lights at tail and not 3rd brake, id test that. Can also effect blinkers on wrong side, no Cruise Control, hazard lights on always, wiper controls etc. Unfortunatly its a pain to replace, pull steering wheel in many cases, and expensive for what it is. $100-250

the turn signal switch is 120$ If you buy it at autozone get the limited lifetime warranty we are dealing with this right now cruise control is out all 3 brake lights are out weve replace turn signal switch and brake light switch. bulbs are new. can anyone HELP !!!!!!!
I had the same problem. Turn & tail lights work, no brake lights. There is another square connector, 8” after the switch connector, this had worn through some wire insulation on the pedal bracket. Fixed the wires and it all works again
Where is the square connector ?
