Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Inlet  hose to the core is 140 degrees and the outlet is 110. Could it be plugged
and needs to be flushed.

Could be a weak water pump. Purge air out of the system to make sure that is not an issue. Check the temperature at the thermostat. If it is lower than 195 you may need a new thermostat.

Water pump and heater core are a year old. Brand new thermostat. Will purge the system again and hope that works. Thank you

What is the engine operating temp? You cannot go higher than that! I would think a 30 degree drop across the heater core is pretty good and it means you are extracting most of the available heat, you just need a higher temp at the inlet.
