Knocking on the right front side mainly when make
a turn but and going straight

Yes. It is likely your outer CV joint. Check the rubber boot on each side near the brakes.

Boots may not be leaking but the clicking is the main symptom. This will get worse to the point it falls loose which will allow the wheel to turn under (outside of wheel laying flat on the ground so repair and do both sides).
