Misfire cylinder 3

2008 Dodge Charger 2.7L v6  . Misfire p0300 ive replaced all plug and coil tips . Misfire still
and so i switch two plugs and coils same comes up misfire on cylinder 3. So i kno its not
pkug or coil so what do i do next
