08 charger want start

my charger want start. I tried jumping it and even replaced the starter relay. Then I unhook the battery for ten mins and still nothing. The interior/headlights works just fine but no horn or radio.

when i turn the key, it's doing nothing no clicking or anything

ck the trans. shifter linkage( by the trans)it may have come off..

It is the fuel pump...same thing I just fixed and I would have never thought it was that, because it seemed like it was something battery related, but it wasn't
