Will pulling my under panel off cause a cylinder #2 misfire on my 2008 Dodge Charger

Ok. It feel down once and the chk engine light came on. When I put it back up it went away. But when my wife had the oil changed they ripped it off and the misfire coded showed back up. I changed the coil and spark plug out with 4 and 6. Pull the battery cable off to reset it and nothing has happen yet. That's why I'm asking.

The two are unrelated. The panel is just a piece of plastic or metal but since you correlate the two, replace it and see what happens.
