my car want start

I think that you have to get a locksmith to program your key or your ignition switch

Who are they saying it is the theft system? If it was activated, when turning the key to on, then the security light would be flashing. Is this the case?

Well I got the car put new battery and plugs fuel pump and etc the car wouldn't start so the light kept blinking so when we figure that part out told me I was going to have to replace that switch but I been driving no problem till lastnite I got in and it act like it didn't want to start but it did so once I turn it off wouldn't say nun so we unplug the hot side of battery for 15 then tried still didn't work but the theft light is not blinking so my uncle said need another key cause key was bad and it was lock in theft mode

Or the ignition switch but it has been replace and they disconnected the alarm on car so I don't no but everything comes on but just want crank he said had something to do with auto theft system but I don't no but thanks for reply back both of you my cuzn got another key so going to try and see if that work but if not don't no

Ok I think you are on the right track. But if it still does not start, I would start looking at the ignition system.

Is that hard to replace

Well it is a lot of parts, just need to diagnose the problem. Like by putting a scanner on it to see if there are any codes. This gives an idea on what is wrong.
