Car runs hot

If I let my 01 Chevy Malibu sit in park and
run everything seems good but when I drive
down the street it runs hot. I've changed
water pump thermostat bled the coolant
system bypassed heater core  no signs of oil
and water mixing

My guess is that your radiator is partially plugged. Check the cooling fins for debris then with the engine cold remove the radiator cap and look at the cooling tubes to see how much junk is at the end of each tube.
