2001 Monte Carlo over heating and not blowing heat

I have a 2001 Monte Carlo I have got a new water
pump thermostat radiator oil change and tune up
throttle body gasket and crankshaft sensor and it's
still over heating and not blowing out hot air and it's
cold as hell in Indianapolis right now can someone
please give me a idea on what the problem may be
?

Did you bleed air out of the system, is your water anti freeze mix 50/50, are the fans coming on when the car is at temperature. Did you change your thermostat, did you change the radiator cap? ??
