Service engine codes P0131 and P0151

I have  been experiencing loss of power under load up hills and during acceleration recently. The service engine light came on and went to Auto-zone. Had two codes stored P0131 and P0151. Could my problem be as simple as bad O2 sensors upstream?

Looking more discovered there was a 4.3 engine in the regular cab, it will be different that that
