Car won't turn over

I was stuck in the snow in Spokane
Washington and was trying to get out gave it
gas why does guy try to push the car they
said no the goddamn car it's just stop
working it wants to turn over there's a brand
new battery is got power but it's like if tit I
don't know like if the engine might be seized
up or something I don't know I pour gas in
carburetor but when I turn the key over you
can hear here in the car wants to start but
it's like something's holding it back when
anybody have any ideas what this could be?

Does it crank and not start or does it fail to crank? You may just have wet ignition or a frozen starter. Depending on what's actually happening you may just need a tune up or you might need a starter. You can put a wrench on the crank pulley and try to turn the engine if you think you may have cooked the engine.
