i own an 81' cutlass with the olds 260 v8 and i was wondering if there is an 4 barrel intake manifold that would fit that engine.

Try "Edelbrock.com", "SummitRacing.com" or "JEGS.com" for the intake and carburetor pieces. Also try OPG to see if parts from a Olds 305 will work by cross reference in a "Hollander Exchange Manual".

You really want to ditch the factory cam for a Crane performance cam with that.
