5 on 4.5 means the 5 lug/stud holes with spacing of 4.5 inches apart from center of hole to the opposing hole across from it.

But if the stud holes line up 16 inch rims with 7 inch wide width will work and you could go wider on back as long as these are not some crazy off/in set rims

Reverse offset rims come out farther from the wheel hub, the more inset you have the more inward under the car the rims go.

Thank u so much didn't want to buy these rims an not fit my car what size tires would u recommend

Think I had 15x7 on front and 15x9 or x10 on back of mine, the tires were just a tad wider on front then stock (think 60's) likely lower profile but mostly for the stronger side wall and not tiny side walls or bellowed out to reach the rim just normal good tires and fitment. The back I had 45's or 50's, think it was 290x45-15 tire size or 290x50-15. Not sure about the off set or inset as these rims were crager I bought from a man used came off his 69 Pontiac Tempest.
