i have a 1963 lesabre with a turbo ,did gm put turbo on 63 lesabre

The only automatic available in the '63 LeSabre was Buick's own "Twin Turbine", which was the final development of the Dynaflow series of automatics. The TurboHydramatic was not even out for '63. It was pioneered in some '64 Cadillacs (others had the old Hydramatic) and then became used very widely after that. Eric Hanson (Automusings)
