Does anybody know where the trunk release is for my 79 cutlass supreme?

No release, just the key in the trunk lock cylinder. If you can't get it open with the key, try removing the back seat to get inside the trunk. I'm not 100% certain there is no trunk release, try looking online for a 1979 Cutlass owners manual.
What if there is no trunk lock cylinder either? @KenF
After removing the back seats how do you open the latch from the inside ?
There is a trunk lock cylinder - look behind the badging in the center of the trunk lid.
Yeah I found it but there's the metal frame behind the seats that makes it impossible to get to it
Would I have to tape a screw driver to something and try to unlatch it? & thanks for the help man I appreciate it
Does the key not to turn the lock cylinder? Once you find the lock cylinder (it may be hidden behind an emblem), you may have to spray it down with wd40 or something to get it working, try rocking the key back and forth. If it's hopeless jam a big screwdriver in there and twist it open. If none of that works and you can see the back of the lockset from the rear seat opening, try to reach it with a long screwdriver (whatever you have to do to make an extended reach), on some there is a slot you can use to turn the lock cylinder. Forcing one open with a screwdriver might break it but at least you'll have your trunk open.
The trunk has no lock cylinder nor does it have a trunk release
& might just have to use the long screw driver method to try and open it
